Job summary

Therakos Healthcare Limited is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to drive the monthly Demand Review within the SIOP framework. You will coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver an aligned forecast and executive-ready insights.

You will develop unconstrained demand plans by product family, geography, and channel, manage assumptions, track forecast accuracy, and support governance and system enhancements to improve forecasting and planning maturity.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, SIOP, or related disciplines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI is required.
• Experience in regulated medical devices, pharma, or healthcare manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Demand Review as part of the SIOP framework, ensuring inputs, risks, and decisions are documented and communicated.
• Facilitate cross-functional consensus planning meetings to align demand views across functions.
• Develop and maintain unconstrained demand plans across product families, geographies, and channels.
• Analyze forecast performance and optimize planning processes and governance.
