Job summary

Smartwool, a VF Corporation brand, is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to drive demand planning within our Supply Chain. You will help the business anticipate demand and inform planning decisions, partnering with cross‑functional teams.

You will develop, monitor, and maintain a rolling forecast using statistical methods and sales projections, lead the S&OP process, and provide stakeholders with timely forecasts and insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting.
• Proficient in Excel; strong analytical and modeling skills.
• Experience with SAP or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecast using statistical methods and sales projections.
• Lead S&OP process and align cross-functional partners on demand plan.
• Prepare monthly cross-functional demand meetings and drive consensus.
• Use forecasting systems to improve forecast accuracy and identify root causes.
• Monitor forecast performance and implement actions to improve accuracy.
• Provide updates and insights to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
