Job summary

Bulletproof is seeking a Demand Planner to own the statistical and collaborative forecast for key categories and channels, turning historical sell-through, promotions, and market signals into a forecast for S&OP planning.

You will lead the monthly Demand Review, partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to land a single consensus forecast, and develop tools to improve accuracy in a fast-growing consumer brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning/forecasting in food/beverage/CPG.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Strong statistical/analytical skills; experience with forecasting software (e.g., o9/Blue Yonder/Kinaxis/SAP IBP) and advanced Excel.
• Experience with Circana/IRI/Nielsen/SPINS and/or DTC e-commerce analytics.
• Track record of leading cross-functional S&OP or consensus forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain baseline forecasts at SKU, channel, and customer level using historical shipment data and market signals.
• Lead the Demand Review as part of the monthly S&OP cycle with cross-functional input.
• Size promotions, launches, and seasonal programs; incorporate lift into the forecast.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias; diagnose root causes and drive corrective action.
• Present forecast risks, opportunities, and insights to leadership.
