Job summary

Momofuku Goods is seeking a Demand Planning professional to lead monthly forecasts across channels and product lines. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to identify risks and opportunities and drive accuracy improvements.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, translating data into actionable recommendations, and strengthening the company's S&OP processes in a fast‑growing CPG environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of forecast planning or related analytics experience in CPG/food and beverage.
• Hands‑on forecasting experience: built and managed forecasts, analyzed bias and accuracy.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills with pivot tables, large data sets, and complex formulas.
• Experience with retailer POS and syndicated data (SPINS, Nielsen, Circana).
• Familiarity with trade promotions and planning tools.
• Exposure to ERP, BI, TPM/TPO or planning tools (NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan, etc.).
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable recommendations for Sales, Finance, Operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the monthly forecast across channels, SKUs, and customers.
• Develop short- and medium-term forecast views to show risks and opportunities.
• Manage the monthly forecast review: analyses, risks, recommended adjustments, cross‑functional alignment.
• Track forecast accuracy and drivers, diagnose root causes, propose improvements.
• Strengthen S&OP capability with consistent planning cadences.
• Build and manage commercial planning dashboards in partnership with senior leaders.
• Support executive reporting and scenario modeling with Finance.
• Create data-driven analyses for quarterly reviews and board materials.
• Establish planning data discipline across spreadsheets, ERP, and BI tools.
