KEEN Footwear, based in Portland, is seeking a Planning Analyst to join the Demand Planning team. You will turn data into actionable insights, develop dashboards and tools, and support inventory optimization and forecasting across planning functions.
The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, uses Kinaxis and other systems, and focuses on improving planning performance and decision-making. A Bachelor's in a related field and 2–3 years of analytics experience are required.
The Planning Analyst is a member of the Demand Planning team responsible for providing analyticalsupport across the Planning organization. This role transforms data into actionable business insights,develops reporting and analytical tools, identifies opportunities to improve planning processes, andsupports strategic initiatives that enable informed business decisions. The Planning Analyst collaboratesacross Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Merchandising, Sales, and GBT to improve planningcapabilities through data analysis, process optimization, and effective use of planning systems, and isaccountable for delivering analytical solutions that improve planning performance, inventorymanagement, and operational decision-making. This is an individual contributor role with no directreports.

Base Salary: $80,800 - $83,000yearly
The salary range posted for this position represents the anticipated hiring range for this role. Offers are made within this range based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market considerations. This is the hiring range for the position; compensation above the posted maximum is not typically available at the time of hire.
Work Location: Hybrid
This role is based in the Portland, OR area and follows a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our Portland office and generally work on-site four days per week, with flexibility based on business and team needs.
