Ferno-Washington, Inc is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead the demand planning function and drive accurate, data-driven forecasts across customer service, inventory, production, procurement, and finance. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Finance, and NPD to translate market intelligence and lifecycle events into an aligned demand plan.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field; 5–10 years in demand planning or related area.
APICS/ASCM CPIM/CSCP or similar certification preferred but not required.
Experience in medical device, EMS, manufacturing, or regulated environments is advantageous.

Mansioni

Lead the demand planning function and develop/coach the team.
Develop monthly demand forecasts using historical data, projections, market trends, and promotions.
Own the total demand plan for assigned product families with documented assumptions.
Lead monthly demand reviews and support S&OP with cross‑functional alignment.
Translate the demand plan into production, capacity, and inventory strategies.
Monitor forecast accuracy and bias; drive corrective actions.
Identify risks and opportunities affecting supply, service, or inventory levels.
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and data quality.
