Job summary

TAS Energy, a Houston-headquartered company, seeks a Sr. Demand Planner to ensure on-time product delivery by managing production schedules, material availability, and MRP-driven demand.

You will mentor planners, optimize demand signals, and serve as an ERP subject matter expert across multiple sites. You will lead standardization efforts, identify root causes of demand distortion, and drive improvements in MRP accuracy and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in demand planning and material planning.
• Experience governing enterprise demand signals and driving MRP accuracy at scale.
• Experience with ERP and planning logic in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support SOP development, automation initiatives, and planning standardization.
• Reinforce demand governance, data discipline, and system accountability.
• Monitor demand trends and communicate risks impacting inventory and commitments.
• Own demand integrity across the ERP system for multiple sites.
