Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Demand Planner to join the Planning Team in a hybrid Dublin, CA setting. You will collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Global Sourcing, Distribution Centers, and vendor partners to optimize replenishment and inventory across multiple channels.

You will drive forecasts, leverage analytics, and partner with merchants to maintain assortment and financial alignment. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or another related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Demand Planning.
• 12+ years of experience in a planning role preferred.
• Retail Apparel experience with Direct Sourced products preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented and able to analyze to the lowest level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• MicroStrategy reporting experience preferred.
• Blue Yonder EP Planning and Invent Analytics experience a plus.
• Ability to build partnerships, manage teams, and work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage & adjust the replenishment forecast across multiple channels and locations; rolling 52-week forecasts.
• Provide accurate order forecasts to minimize excess inventory.
• Build and maintain weekly inventory forecasts for vendor shelf stocks.
• Own monthly forecast review meetings with business partners and vendors.
• Fine-tune the forecast using statistical analysis and algorithms.
• Identify risks & opportunities within a brand or geographic location hierarchy.
• Collaborate with Merchant & Planner to maintain assortment and OTB alignment.
• Execute quarterly SKU rationalization reviews and maintain product planning input.
• Approve basic replenishment purchase orders.
• Improve timing, order flow and inventory levels with Supply Chain to maximize cash flow and turnover.
• Maintain in-stock rates and minimize lost sales.
