Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Demand Planner to join the Planning Team in a hybrid Dublin, CA setting. You will collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Global Sourcing, Distribution Centers, and vendor partners to optimize replenishment and inventory across multiple channels.
You will drive forecasts, leverage analytics, and partner with merchants to maintain assortment and financial alignment. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

The starting salary for this position is $133,494 - $178,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $200,000. Other compensation may include a 15% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
