Brown-Forman is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to drive IBP strategy and forecast accuracy across multiple U.S. markets from our Louisville HQ. You will bridge commercial, production, and supply planning, translating market intelligence and historical trends into robust demand plans.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain planning, strong analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work with in-office Monday–Thursday and remote Fridays is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain experience with a focus on demand planning, forecasting, S&OP/IBP in a multi-market environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in ERP and advanced planning systems; SAP IBP and Kinaxis preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop short- and long-term demand plans at market/brand/SKU levels by combining statistical modeling with qualitative insights and trends.
• Lead market-level Commercial Forecast meetings to challenge assumptions and document key plan drivers.
• Coordinate with National Accounts, promotions, and new product launches to incorporate into the demand plan.
• Act as regional SME for Kinaxis, validating outputs and driving system/process improvements.
