Job summary

Lennox in Richardson, TX seeks a Demand Planner III to develop and maintain demand forecasts for finished goods, shaping financial and inventory decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting methods and support service targets.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, continuous improvement, and effective communication with leadership. This is a salaried exempt position with annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business Administration; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain with at least 2 years in Demand Planning.
• Strong forecasting methods and planning systems (SAP IBP or similar).
• Knowledge of S&OP processes and inventory optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical data, market trends, seasonality, and inputs to generate demand projections.
• Incorporate multiple data inputs into planning processes to drive forecasts.
• Develop and manage statistical and judgmental forecasts across product categories.
• Lead forecast review cycles, identify risks and opportunities, and drive improvements.
• Provide regular reports on forecast accuracy, inventory health, and service levels.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Supply Chain to align demand and supply plans.
• Utilize ERP/planning tools to analyze data and execute plans.
