Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in supply chain operations or manufacturing planning.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision skills; capacity planning tools (Logility) preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and real-time analytics dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving with proactive risk management.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and monitor finished goods buy plans for internal manufacturing sites.
• Perform rough-cut and detailed capacity modeling to align internal manufacturing capabilities with forecasted demand.
• Utilize analytics-driven trade-off analysis to optimize production schedules and resource allocation across the internal supply network.
• Continuously monitor for internal supply disruptions, capacity constraints, and material shortages using real-time dashboards and alerts.
• Conduct scenario and "what-if" analyses to support scheduling and sequencing decisions within manufacturing plants.
• Collaborate with plant operations and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless manufacturing processes and timely issue resolution.
• Lead exception management efforts: identify manufacturing issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution activities.
• Communicate insights, risks, and mitigation options clearly and promptly to regional and stream-level stakeholders.
• Support risk management initiatives by proactively highlighting and addressing potential vulnerabilities in manufacturing operations.
