Job summary

Brunswick Corporation is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Analyst in Fond du Lac, WI to lead an 18-month rolling demand plan for Mercury propulsion products. You will partner across Sales, Product Management, Finance and Operations to translate market intelligence into actionable forecasts, driving accuracy and inventory optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 4+ years in demand planning, supply chain planning, forecasting, analytics, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning processes and influencing decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-informed insights.
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with statistical forecasting techniques and interpreting metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, validation, and maintenance of demand forecasts for propulsion product families and channels.
• Own the monthly demand planning process and align cross-functional teams.
• Analyze demand trends, forecast performance, and business drivers to inform leadership.
• Develop and present insights, scenarios, and recommendations for SIOP decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Operations to improve visibility.
• Lead forecast performance reviews and drive corrective actions for accuracy.
• Identify market trends and risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement with analytics, automation, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Act as SME for demand planning systems and processes.
