As part of the talented Demand Planning team, the Senior Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for leading the development and management of an 18-month rolling demand plan for Mercury propulsion products as a critical input into the company's integrated Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process. This role serves as a key business partner across Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to translate market intelligence, customer trends, and business strategies into actionable demand forecasts. The Senior Demand Planning Analyst drives forecast accuracy, identifies demand risks and opportunities, facilitates cross-functional alignment, and provides strategic insights that support business growth, inventory optimization, and operational decision-making. The role also leads continuous improvement initiatives and advances forecasting methodologies.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $73,600 - $106,200 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
