Brunswick's Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac, WI, seeks an Inventory Finance Analyst to support manufacturing finance through forecasting, inventory accounting, reconciliations, and controls. You will partner with Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure accurate reporting.

You will need 5+ years of financial analysis, strong inventory knowledge, advanced Excel and ERP skills, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of financial analysis or manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and analysis of material variances and explain forecast-to-actual results.
• Own monthly reconciliations for WIP inventory across plants; investigate discrepancies.
• Manage Excess and Obsolete reserve reconciliations and aging analysis.
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and maintain audit-ready docs.
• Prepare month-end inventory journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Identify root causes of variances and drive corrective actions.
• Support audits and provide timely inventory analyses.
• Mentor analysts and lead special projects as needed.
