Job summary

LIPTON Teas & Infusions, a global tea brand, is seeking a Senior Demand Planner for North America based in Hoboken, NJ. You will own customer- and brand-level demand planning, translate inputs into actionable signals in Kinaxis, and lead end-to-end planning with strong analytical judgment.

This senior role requires cross-functional leadership, data validation, and ownership of planning outputs, contributing to overall forecasting quality and supply planning alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of demand planning experience; FMCG/CPG experience preferred.
• Hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse and ERP planning systems experience.
• Advanced Excel with PivotTables, data validation, and structured reporting.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve customer-, channel-, brand-, and item-level forecasts using history, run-rate trends, seasonality and promotions.
• Lead demand reviews and communicate forecast changes, risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Manage Kinaxis-driven demand planning cycle, data cleansing, consensus forecast, and release of signals to Supply Planning.
• Validate data, reports, and outputs; detect root causes and drive timely corrections.
• Analyze run-rate and convert insights into forecast actions to improve forecast quality.
• Own demand planning KPI and service reporting; align with Supply Planning where needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and others to build a consensus plan.
• Support S&OP and present insights, risks, and opportunities for portfolio.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, service and inventory; prioritize corrective actions.
