Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-6 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of Merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting and open-to-buy decisions.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Supply Chain to align financials and strategies.
• Perform scenario planning, build unit plans and lead assortment planning.
• Provide in-season decision support and localization strategies for channels.
• Validate promo planning forecasts and analyze forecast variance to guide decisions.
