Job summary

Fendi Italia Srl in New York seeks a Senior Manager, Demand & Distribution Planning to own end-to-end demand and inventory planning for all geographies in the Americas retail and e-commerce network.

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will partner with Merchandising, Retail, Finance, Logistics, and Central Supply Chain to forecast accurately, optimize inventory, and drive proactive responses to market opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, allocation, buying, or retail analytics in luxury or premium retail/wholesale.
• Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels with a proven track record of influencing business outcomes.
• Strong command of retail and supply chain economics including margin, markup, sell-through, and turns.
• Advanced analytical capability with the ability to synthesize data into executive-ready insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience building presentations in PowerPoint.
• Experience with planning systems such as Anaplan; Power BI proficiency preferred.

• Own monthly, quarterly, and seasonal demand planning across categories and geographies.
• Develop forecasting methodologies by integrating history, drivers, and market intelligence.
• Provide forward-looking insights on demand risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
