Fleur du Mal is seeking a Manager, Planning to optimize inventory across E-commerce and Retail. Qualifications

• 5+ years in merchandise or inventory planning in fashion/luxury retail.
• Strong Open-to-Buy and replenishment knowledge.
• Ability to translate sales/inventory data into actions.
• Experience supporting buys across E-commerce and brick-and-mortar.
• Proficient in size-level selling metrics and inventory KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Replenishment MANAGEMENT: identify recut and replenishment opportunities; monitor weeks of supply and stock performance.
• OTB MANAGEMENT: manage Open-to-Buy, reforecast, and align with targets.
• MERCHANDISE BUY EXECUTION: support seasonal buys; inform quantities and assortment strategy.
• CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: align with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.
• SYSTEMS & PROCESS MANAGEMENT: oversee Toolio usage and data integrity; improve processes.
