Job summary

Fresh is seeking a Manager, Inventory Planning in New York City to lead supply planning for wholesale accounts, ensuring the right products are delivered on time and in the right quantities.

You will monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and partner cross-functionally to optimize planning processes and retailer fill rate. 5+ years in planning are preferred; this role is on-site in NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in related field (Business Admin or Finance).
• 5+ years in Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management or Allocation.
• Strong business acumen and financial aptitude.
• Analytical with Retail Math understanding.
• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots).
• Experience with SKU-level assortment planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure right inventory levels at Wholesale accounts to hit sales targets and retailer goals.
• Monitor In Stock/Presence and optimize inventory by channel.
• Forecast and plan inventory with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain NA Order Book Roll Up and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Generate weekly/monthly sales and inventory analyses and reports.
