Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks an experienced Demand Planning Director to lead the Global Planning Centre of Excellence for North America and Latin America. You will define strategy, governance, and the operating model for Integrated Business Planning and drive value realization across the region.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, advance planning capabilities, and ensure adoption of Kinaxis, SAP IBP, and related platforms while fostering a culture of planning excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive supply chain or related experience.
• Experience driving IBP cycles.
• Willingness to learn and be hands-on with data and systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee demand planning activities for assigned product families.
• Support demand review process and IBP integration with financial forecasts.
• Lead forecasting team's 24-month unconstrained forecasts with documented assumptions.
• Partner with finance, modelling, commercial, innovation, and supply planning to align forecast, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive adoption of advanced planning capabilities and governance.
• Coach and develop the demand planning team for capability building.
