Mondelēz International is seeking a senior leader to oversee Demand Planning and IBP for North America and Latin America, building a Global Planning Centre of Excellence. You will define strategy, governance, and operating models, and drive advanced planning capabilities across the region.

The role requires hands-on experience with Kinaxis/o9/SAP IBP/Blue Yonder, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record in large-scale transformations within consumer goods.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building and leading Planning Centres of Excellence.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain planning expertise including Demand, Supply and IBP.
• Hands-on experience implementing and sustaining planning platforms (Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder).
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and large-scale transformations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, servant leadership and influencing across matrix orgs.

Responsibilities

• Define global IBP strategy, governance and operating model for North America and Latin America.
• Lead adoption and continuous improvement of advanced planning platforms post go-live.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, Data & Analytics, Finance and Regional Planning teams to drive value.
• Develop enablement, training and change management to maximize adoption.
• Lead governance forums, roadmaps and executive reviews to secure value realization.
• Build and mentor a high-performing planning center of excellence.
