Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing/Demand Gen Analytics, BI, or a highly quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL - independently writing complex queries and joins.
• Highly proficient in Tableau - building and maintaining dashboards from scratch.
• Familiar with Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM objects, and paid media data.
• Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis under time pressure and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard Build & Maintenance: design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and always-on reporting for demand gen KPIs.
• Reporting Reliability: ensure reporting stays accurate and current, proactively resolving data issues.
• Execution Partnership: translate measurement frameworks into working dashboards and reports with the Sr. Manager.
• Ad-Hoc & Diagnostic Analysis: perform deep-dive SQL analyses across data sources for insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with analysts, data science, and data engineering to align on reporting logic.
