Pacer Group is seeking a Senior DeltaV DCS Automation Engineer for an onsite, long-term contract in Muskegon, MI. The ideal candidate will independently manage DeltaV DCS configurations, troubleshoot real-time automation issues, and contribute to C&Q activities within a GMP framework.

Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and strong regulatory knowledge (GMP, ISA 88, GAMP) are essential. This role emphasizes technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Automation Engineering in pharma/biopharma manufacturing.
• Deep DeltaV DCS knowledge: configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting DeltaV logic, phases, and components.
• Strong troubleshooting in live manufacturing environments under GMP constraints.
• Understanding of GMP, Validation, ISA 88, and GAMP.
• Ability to operate independently and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Onsite DeltaV DCS Automation Engineer supporting C&Q execution activities.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and support DeltaV control system logic, phases, and components in real-time.
• Provide leadership, mentorship to junior automation engineers on the floor.
