3 Key Consulting is seeking a Senior DeltaV Automation Engineer to augment our client's MCS F&E Automation team in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will update, maintain, and improve DeltaV automation systems and provide essential site support for biopharma manufacturing processes.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and quality, including on-call duties and an 8am–5pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree with relevant automation experience in biopharma.
• Experience with DeltaV, DCS, HMI, SCADA, and PLCs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and support project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support process control applications via DCS, HMI, SCADA, and PLC.
• Collaborate with scientists and operators to translate requirements into automation design.
• Investigate root cause analyses and troubleshoot process control issues.
