Job summary

LVI Associates in the Delaware Valley is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer - DeltaV to support life sciences manufacturing clients through process automation projects and engineering services. Reporting to the DeltaV Practice Lead, you will lead hands-on DeltaV engineering across project lifecycle, provide technical mentoring, and contribute to continuous improvement within a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years DeltaV experience in GMP environments, strong client-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of direct engineering and project experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS.
• 2+ years in GMP-regulated life sciences environments.
• Proven experience delivering automation projects in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead DeltaV automation projects from feasibility to FAT/SAT.
• Provide day-to-day DeltaV support and break-fix.
• Deliver engineering solutions across FEED, design, testing, and commissioning.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on DeltaV practices.
• Support proposal development and client engagements.
