Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in delivery management or program delivery.
• Experience leading Agile delivery in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary force ensuring program teams meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Align delivery priorities across multiple workstreams and oversee integration teams to keep the program on schedule.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and leadership, government stakeholders, and end‑user communities to ensure delivery aligns with mission needs.
• Ensure teams understand priorities, manage dependencies, and maintain the pace required for modernization.
• Manage resources across teams, ensuring execution against release priorities with velocity and transparency.
• Oversee O&M and Help Desk operations to ensure continuity of service and high-quality outcomes.
• Drive teams to meet major deadlines and release milestones with a clear delivery roadmap and risk management.
• Learn and understand the mission, processes, and user needs behind the system to align.
