Job summary

One Call in the United States seeks a Senior Manager Delivery to lead cross-functional teams, translate strategy into executable plans, and model delivery excellence for the organization.

You will own Disciplined Agile Delivery, drive end-to-end programs with enterprise visibility, coach delivery managers, and ensure value realization through metrics, risk management, and continuous improvement. This role reports to the VP of Delivery Management and requires strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven record of executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools; adherence to SDLC, Change Management, and Risk/Security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical delivery teams dedicated to major business and technology programs.
• Own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes to develop high-performing delivery teams.
• Teach Disciplined Agile delivery values, patterns, and skills; model leadership for delivery managers and teams.
• Strategic Program Delivery: own end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 initiatives with enterprise visibility; align outcomes to OKRs.
• Executive Communication: prepare concise updates for senior leaders and surface ROI and trade-offs.
• Delivery Excellence & Flow Metrics: drive agile process improvements and report health and maturity metrics.
