Job summary

TopHAT Logistical Solutions, a division of Atlas Logistics, seeks a Delivery Coordinator to manage high-volume home deliveries, coordinate routes, and maintain safe, accurate operations across the network.

You will build strong relationships with customers and staff, collect performance data, and ensure safety and DOT compliance while supporting continuous improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of job-related experience.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery a plus; knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supporting deliveries from beginning to end.
• Routing and assigning daily routes in Dispatch Track.
• Tracking and ensuring merchandise is accounted for and delivered.
• Daily and weekly collection of operational data and performance reports.
• Building relationships and effective communication with customers, clients, and staff.
• Ensuring daily truck inspections and safety measures are met.
• Other duties may be assigned.
