Job summary

TopHAT Logistical Solutions, a division of Atlas Logistics, is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support high-volume final mile operations. You will nurture customer, colleague, and vendor relationships while upholding safety and delivery procedures.

Responsibilities include routing and assigning daily routes in Dispatch Track, tracking merchandise, collecting performance data, and maintaining effective communication with customers and staff to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• 5-8 years' job-related experience or a combination of both education and experience.
• Effective problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery is a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and other outside organizations.

• Tracking and ensuring merchandise is accurately accounted for, handled, and delivered.
• Daily and weekly collection of operational data and performance report assessments.
• Building relationships and establish effective communication with customers, clients, and staff to ensure continued and expanding operating improvements.
• Ensuring daily truck inspections + safety measures are met.
• Other duties may be assigned.

The Delivery Coordinator helps to manage the success of our operation in a high-volume home delivery environment. To be successful, the coordinator must maintain strong customer, colleague, and vendor relationships, and have a strong knowledge of safety protocols and proper delivery procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking and ensuring merchandise is accurately accounted for, handled, and delivered.

Employment Type & Hours:

• Full-time position that will consist of 40 hours per week.
• Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, M-F
