Job summary

Heitmeyer Consulting is seeking an experienced Application Manager to provide technical leadership and oversee delivery across enterprise applications. This hands-on role requires strong full-stack experience, guiding both front-end/UI and back-end development, and leading teams of developers.

You will manage production support, security initiatives, technical debt projects, and modernization efforts, while coordinating with business partners and vendors to ensure on-time, quality delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in application management or delivery leadership.
• Strong full-stack development background.
• Experience with front-end/UI and back-end technologies.
• Experience leading development teams.
• Experience with production support and enterprise application management.
• Understanding of application security, technical debt, and modernization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
