Job summary

NISC, via its Futura Systems unit, seeks a Sr. Manager of Delivery to lead delivery execution and capacity planning across the Implementation organization, overseeing a program to migrate 240 customers to ArcGIS Pro by 2028.

Reporting to the VP of Business Operations, this role owns delivery quality, capacity health, and customer outcomes across the full implementation lifecycle. You will guide five Operations Managers, shape staffing and ramp strategies, arbitrate tradeoffs, keep

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise software implementations, delivery operations, or complex programs.
3+ years leading managers or senior technical teams on large-scale implementations.
Experience from planning through go-live and transition to support.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, dependencies, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own delivery outcomes across implementation and migration initiatives—on time, within scope, and to quality.
Run capacity planning: build demand/capacity models and staffing ramp recommendations.
Shape staffing scenarios with Sales, Finance, Product Support, and leadership.
Arbitrate tradeoffs when demand exceeds capacity and guide prioritization.
Develop Operations Managers and ensure accountability and execution discipline.
Align cross-functional partners (Engineering, Data, Training, Product Support) to stay unblocked.
Own end-to-end delivery risk, mitigation, and change management.
Define metrics to prove delivery performance and drive improvements.
Build enterprise customer relationships during go-lives and migrations.
Represent customer voice to inform priorities and decisions.
Leverage generative AI tools to boost productivity and problem-solving.
