Job summary

Argano seeks a Senior Manager, Delivery - Process Improvement to lead complex engagements that redesign how work gets done across the full value chain. You will own client relationships, drive end-to-end assessments, and shape future-state processes across multiple domains.

You will also help build practice capabilities, mentor analysts, and partner with leaders to deliver measurable operational outcomes; expect travel and senior stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering or finance.
• MBA or MS in Operations is preferred.
• Certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma are valued.
• 10+ years in process improvement, management consulting, or senior operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process assessments and redesigns across multiple domains.
• Partner with client leadership to translate strategy into delivery plans.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, RACI, and governance models.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building.
• Drive cross-functional workshops with senior stakeholders.
