Job summary

Deloitte's AI & Engineering team is seeking a Managed Services Engineer III to support internal applications and infrastructure across geographies, driving reliability and successful delivery of complex programs for clients.

The role requires 6+ years in application support, experience leading global technology teams, hands-on Java/.Net/Mainframe development, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in application support including lights-on support services, development and customization.
• 6+ years' experience with geographically dispersed teams to develop, design and support technical solutions in Java, Microsoft technologies, both on Cloud and .Net.
• 2+ years' experience leading small global technology teams in a delivery lead capacity.
• Hands-on development skills in at least one: Java, .Net, or Mainframe.
• Able to articulate technology concepts to both business and technical audiences.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments and with third parties.
• Team leadership experience including managing people and workstreams.
• Recent AI experience applying leading AI practices to improve efficiencies.
