Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an analytically driven role to propel cost-improvement initiatives within the Commerce Platform. You will partner with Finance to monitor Dasher pay and cost performance, work with Product and Engineering to design scalable efficiency solutions, and prioritize initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data mastery, execution from concept to deployment, and influencing Product, Analytics, and Operations to deliver measurable impact on costs and merchant

Qualifications

• Experience building financial models and forecasts for cost optimization.
• Proven ability to own and drive strategic initiatives in high-growth environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Product, and Analytics teams.
• Excellent communication skills and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance to track weekly Dasher cost performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to design efficiency initiatives.
• Help scope, size, and prioritize cost-improvement projects.
• Support operational tests to uncover high-impact levers for cost reduction.
• Roll out cost initiatives with Product and Engineering.
• Contribute new ideas for efficiency and merchant growth.
