DoorDash’s Commerce Platform is hiring a highly analytical, execution‑focused professional to help drive cost improvement initiatives within the Logistics team in New York. You will partner with Finance and cross‑functional teams to identify trends, size opportunities, and prioritize high‑impact levers.

From concept to deployment, you’ll design and test initiatives, build financial models, forecast outcomes, and roll out scalable changes that improve network efficiency and Dasher pay while

Qualifications

• Must have strong SQL and BI skills with data extraction, analysis, and visualization capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and scenario analysis.
• Experience in financial modeling and forecasting to support cost initiatives.
• Demonstrated analytical rigor and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Track record of owning strategic initiatives in high-growth environments.
• Self-starter mindset with adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance on cost performance, identifying trends and root causes.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Analytics to design cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Design and execute initiatives to improve network efficiency and Dasher pay.
• Contribute ideas and assess impact of product-driven cost changes.
• Scope, size, and prioritize cost improvement projects.
• Support operational tests to uncover high‑impact levers for cost reduction.
