Job summary

Blue Star Partners LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Manager of Delivery Assurance in Columbus, OH for a 3–6 month contract to hire role.

This on-site position requires relocation upon conversion and involves owning delivery for dedicated data center manufacturing towers (Power Skids, SmartRun, UPS, PDU, XDU, Thermal). The role coordinates across operations, materials, quality, test, engineering, and program leadership to keep production on plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in demand planning, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or delivery execution.
• Experience in manufacturing with production planning, materials, scheduling, quality, and operations.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Experience using Power BI or equivalent data analytics tools.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive execution.
• Onsite 4 days per week in the Columbus, OH / Westerville area; relocation willing upon conversion to full‑time.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery performance across assigned builds, ensuring on-schedule completion and correct configuration.
• Maintain visibility into all active builds and track WIP against dates and milestones.
• Identify at-risk builds and drive recovery actions with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage daily build schedule and coordinate labor, machine time, capacity, and test bay availability.
• Escalate schedule risks and resource constraints to leadership as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering, materials, and planning to ensure BOMs and master data are accurate.
