Blue Star Partners LLC is seeking a hands‑on Project Manager - Delivery Assurance to support large‑scale manufacturing execution in the data center space. You will coordinate across operations, materials, quality, engineering, and planning to ensure delivery schedules and milestones are met.

The role requires on‑site work for 4 days per week in Columbus, OH, with a contract‑to‑hire path and a $100/hour pay rate. You will report to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, PM).
• 4–7 years of project management, program coordination, or delivery execution experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
• Ability to manage details, risks, actions, and deadlines with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to track and report progress.

Responsibilities

• Support daily build schedule tracking and delivery visibility.
• Track WIP against customer dates and milestone commitments.
• Maintain action logs, risk lists, and delivery status reports.
• Coordinate across operations, materials, quality, planning, and engineering.
• Escalate blockers and drive recovery actions to closure.
• Prepare status updates and leadership reporting inputs.
