Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in the United States seeks an experienced Project Manager IV to lead a large-scale data center delivery in New Albany, OH. You will coordinate design, construction, vendors, landlords, and authorities, driving schedule, quality, and compliance with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of design or project management experience.
• 3-5 years in data center design, construction, or delivery.
• Strong on-site, stakeholder-facing PM experience.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and design coordination.
• Experience with local jurisdictions and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders autonomously.
• Ability to work onsite in New Albany, OH, five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for design and construction-related project activities.
• Coordinate across design teams, construction teams, consultants, vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and track RFIs, submittals, design changes, approvals, and project documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, critical-path activities, dependencies, and potential risks.
• Support issue resolution and elevate matters that may impact budget, schedule, scope, quality, or operational requirements.
• Participate in design and construction progress meetings and provide structured weekly status reporting.
• Support change control, contract compliance, consultant coordination, and project closeout activities.
• Work with QA/QC teams to ensure construction aligns with approved design documents, technical specifications, and acceptance standards.
• Coordinate with local jurisdictions and municipal authorities for permitting and approval processes.
• Promote strong safety, quality, and stakeholder communication practices throughout project delivery.
