Job summary

Epsilon seeks a Senior Deliverability Manager with 10+ years of experience in deliverability operations within ESP, ISP, or email authentication environments. The role focuses on improving email and SMS/MMS deliverability through optimized processes, monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.

The position is full-time, senior level, with multiple US locations: Irving TX, Chicago IL, New York NY, and Boston MA. Salary range is $112,800 to $209,600 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 10+ years of deliverability operations experience in ESP/ISP/email authentication environments.
• Experience with SMTP, MTAs, DKIM/SPF, and sender reputation management.

Responsibilities

• Establish standardized deliverability practices across email and SMS channels.
• Lead onboarding and execution strategies for new clients and campaigns.
• Strengthen ISP relationships and monitor deliverability performance.
• Automate IP/domain warming and deliverability monitoring processes.

Responsibilities include establishing standardized deliverability practices, leading onboarding and execution strategies, strengthening ISP relationships, and enhancing automation in IP/domain warming and deliverability monitoring. Required skills include expertise in SMTP, MTAs, IP strategies, DKIM/SPF authentication, sender reputation management, SMS/MMS deliverability compliance, and experience with MessageSystems, Kibana, and QuickSight. A bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees preferred.
