Job summary

The Vertex Companies, LLC is seeking a Manager, Schedule Delay Claims to lead engagements on construction delay analysis and related claims. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding delay identification, quantification, and dispute resolution while helping grow the business and develop the team.

You will oversee multiple concurrent engagements, supervise teams, and communicate clearly with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience requirements.
• Master's degree with relevant experience, or 8 years of related experience with no degree.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities in delay analysis, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Oversee multiple delay analysis engagements from inception to resolution and ensure quality deliverables.
• Direct preparation of detailed schedule delay analyses using methods such as Time Impact Analysis, Windows Analysis, and As-Planned vs. As-Built.
• Support litigation and arbitration processes, including document review and expert testimony.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and offerings.
