Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5+ years in Defined Benefit tech/ops/implementation in HR outsourcing.
• 3+ years consulting with clients on Defined Benefit product and service design.
• Analytical, consultative, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of Defined Benefit industry trends and applying them to client work.
• Deep knowledge of relationship management, benefits administration, processes and record-keeping.
• In-depth understanding of Fidelity's Defined Benefit end-to-end offerings.
• Familiarity with Fidelity's Defined Benefit system tech, methodologies, and limitations.
• Ability to collaborate across internal and external teams.
