Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years engineering experience with defense systems and government projects.
• Experience with test planning, execution, and documentation across DoD programs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-agency team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tests for a complex Air and Missile Defense system.
• Generate pre-test docs: plans, requirements, procedures, and matrices; post-test reports.
• Lead weekly Test Planning meetings and prepare presentations.
• Support program stakeholder meetings and test reporting activities.
• Travel to DOD test ranges to support operations.
• Maintain schedules and produce SITREPs and EXSUMs for major tests.
