Job summary

Qualifications

• US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor-level/Graduate program requirements with STEM focus as listed in the posting.
• Strong experience with integrated test plans across complex defense or aerospace systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage facilities, labs, HWIL/SWIL test environments and supporting infrastructure.
• Translate customer requirements into system‑level test solutions balancing performance, schedule, and cost.
• Develop, lead, and execute integrated test plans and schedules for subsystems and system tests.
• Maintain the Integrated Test Plan and verification artifacts for traceability.
• Coordinate test activities across internal teams, labs, range organizations, and suppliers.
• Analyze test results and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Oversee supplier test efforts and validate delivered components and data.
• Design proof-of-concept and risk-reduction test methods during Technology Maturation.
• Manage test data, configuration, analytics, and documentation with modern tools.
• Serve as liaison for test activities with customers and stakeholders while ensuring security compliance.
