Twenty-Six Defense seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to perform requirements analysis, technical planning, and systems integration across defense systems projects. The role guides Concept of Operations development, system architectures, and verification planning in a team-based environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, 5+ years of experience, DoD clearance, and MBSE expertise (CAMEO). Travel up to 10–15% and in-office work several days a week are expected.

Responsibilities

• Review, develop, and document system level requirements, CONOPS, and mission statements.
• Produce and review technical documents, specifications and standards.
• Perform requirements management, analysis, and allocations on complex systems design.
• Lead or support MBSE activities and document product architectures.
• Plan and execute trade studies to select optimal design approaches.
• Mentor entry level engineers and collaborate with multiple functions.
