RTX is seeking a Senior Material Program Manager to lead a team of 6–8 MPMs and shape material strategies for classified and unclassified programs.

You will coordinate with cross-functional IPTs to align material requirements, supplier capacity, and program schedules while driving Design-to-Cost and affordability initiatives. A U.S. government clearance is required, with a broad benefits package and on-site work in the US.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years in material program management, supply chain strategy, supplier management, or program execution.
• Experience as a people manager (performance reviews, development).
• Proficiency with SAP or related MRP/ERP tools; familiarity with budgeting and forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of 6-8 Material Program Managers.
• Provide strategic supply chain leadership across the AOIS product line.
• Develop material strategies, plans, and supplier management approaches.
• Drive early supplier involvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Contracts, and PMO.
