RTX is seeking professionals to support the design, development, and use of high‑fidelity digital simulation software in advanced computing environments. You will contribute to trade studies, evaluate weapon system performance across threats, and collaborate with leadership, customers, and experts to drive data‑informed decisions.

Role requires a STEM degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and an active U.S. Secret clearance with U.S. citizenship. Occasional travel (<10%) is expected. Onsite work in Tucson, AZ with RTX’s aerospace mission focus.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in science, tech, engineering or math (STEM) and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing software code in Python and C++.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance is required at application time; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsabilités

• Support the design, development, and use of high‑fidelity digital simulation software.
