Job summary

Axiologic Solutions is seeking an experienced Strategic Requirements Consultant to provide strategic requirements analysis, operational planning, and technical advisory support to the DIA CIF JPMO in Washington, DC.

The role focuses on translating complex military objectives into actionable requirements, leading cross-agency analyses, and coordinating with stakeholders and systems engineers to ensure feasible, aligned solutions. Travel within the NCR is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to obtain a polygraph).
• Minimum of 12 years of experience.
• Masters Degree OR Bachelors Degree with an additional two years of experience

Responsibilities

• Translate commander's intent, strategic objectives, and operational priorities into actionable functional and technical requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation, ensuring alignment between needs, capabilities and priorities.
• Identify capability gaps, assess emerging requirements, and recommend technology-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Apply systems engineering principles to ensure traceability and feasibility of requirements.
• Engage with senior military leadership and stakeholders to identify strategic objectives and develop executive-level briefings and documentation.
• Collaborate with systems engineers and enterprise architects to translate requirements into feasible technical solutions.
• Support capability gap analyses, analyses of alternatives, and assessment of dependencies and risks to inform planning and investment decisions.
