Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking a Senior Advisor to support a U.S. Navy customer, delivering readiness and sustainment services to improve operational availability while controlling costs. The role uses data-driven operating models across operations, maintenance, engineering, supply chain, manpower/training, and financial management.

The ideal candidate brings fifteen years of related experience, with twelve in readiness and strategic planning, and holds an active DoD clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of related experience; twelve (12) years in readiness and strategic planning.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
• U.S. Citizen.
• Prior military experience as a Commissioned Officer may be favorable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to the Government and provide support to the customer on program/project operations.
• Determine adequacy and acceptability of evolving program/project plans and change management strategies.
• Apply knowledge of business management, organizational structures, and information management to form long- and short-term management plans.
• Analyze in-place business, operational, and financial processes and management relationships.
• Identify and recommend programmatic approaches to redefine and improve current practices.
• Develop program/project plans, guidelines, and controls.
• Perform tasks requiring practical experience and advanced technical knowledge in a specialty area.
• Demonstrate broad expertise to support maintenance & supply chain management and total force management.
