Precise Systems, Inc. is hiring a Senior Advisor to support a U.S. Navy program focused on readiness, sustainment, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, physics, operations research, statistics, or engineering; six years additional related work experience allowed.
• Fifteen years of related experience with twelve years direct experience in CAT/CFO, PPB&E/POM, CPI, SPI, EI, and OPNAV N83 tools.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher; U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain/maintain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a senior advisor to the Government and provides support to the customer on program/project operations.
• Determines adequacy and acceptability of evolving program/project plans and change management strategies; improves customer business methodologies.
• Applies knowledge of business management principles to formulate long- and short-term plans.
• Analyzes in-place business, operational, and financial processes and relationships.
• Identifies and recommends programmatic approaches to redefine, plan, organize, design, develop, and modify current practices.
• Develop program/project plans, guidelines, and controls.
• Performs tasks requiring practical and theoretical knowledge in a specialty area.
